The Klearinghouse
Sells Notebook and Laptop computers at computer shows. Sold my wife a laptop. When we got it home we discovered a problem with it freezing. We emailed less than 24 hours after the sale and they said to contact HP for a solution. After receiving a disk from HP and installing the software we still had the freeze problem. So I contacted Klearinghouse for redress.
Their solution was to send me a 33k baud modem.
My action This page and to make a formal complaint to the computer show sponsors where they show.
